You may upload short‑form videos and related content (including TikTok content) to the platform. By uploading, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of the Services. You retain ownership of your content.

We do not proactively police or moderate content. However, we may remove or restrict content if required by law, if it violates intellectual property rights, or to address abuse, spam, or security concerns.

5) Web3 & Crypto Activity

• Transactions involving tips, token transfers, or purchases are executed on public blockchains. These are immutable and outside of our control.
• We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of engaging in crypto transactions.
• No liability: We disclaim responsibility for lost funds, failed or delayed transactions, wallet issues, slippage, forks, hacks, smart contract exploits, or volatility. Use of crypto features is at your own risk.

6) Prohibited Conduct
